Somerset


Follow Route 281 out of town to New Centerville (8 miles). Turn left at blinker light in New Centerville onto Route 653 South and follow it into Rockwood, a distance of approximately 3 miles.

PA Turnpike (Exit 110 - Somerset)


Turn right on Center Avenue at the second traffic light after the tollbooth. Proceed to the center of town. One block past the courthouse and post office, turn right on Route 281 (West Main Street). Follow Route 281 out of town to New Centerville (8 miles). Turn left at blinker light in New Centerville onto Route 653 South and follow it into Rockwood, a distance of approximately 3 miles.
Seven Springs


Turn right on County Line Road when leaving the main entrance to Seven Springs. Remain on this road (it becomes Copper Kettle Highway at the village of Trent) for approximately 8 miles until you come to a blinker light in New Centerville. Proceed straight ahead at the blinker (you are now on Route 653 south) into Rockwood, a distance of approximately 3 miles.
Confluence


Take Route 281 North from Confluence to New Centerville, a distance of approximately 16 miles.  At the blinker light in New Centerville (it will be the second one you see), turn right on Bridge Street (also Route 653) and follow it into Rockwood, a distance of 3 miles.
Meyersdale (and Garrett)


Take Route 219 North to Garrett. Turn left on Route 653 as you approach Garrett and follow Route 653 from Garrett into Rockwood.
Route 40 (Old National Road) and I-68


Route 40 and I-68 run parallel to each other through most of northern Maryland. Exit either one onto Route 219. Take Route 219 North towards Meyersdale and on to Garrett. Turn left on Route 653 as you approach Garrett and follow Route 653 into Rockwood.
Route 30 (Old Lincoln Highway)


Exit Route 30 onto Route 219 South and follow to Somerset (approximately 6 miles to first of 3 exits). Take any one of three exits and follow signage into Somerset. At the center of town, get on West Main Street (also Route 281). Follow Route 281 from Somerset to New Centerville (8 miles). Turn left at blinker light in New Centerville onto Route 653 South and follow it into Rockwood, a distance of approximately 3 miles.
